Folksy Friday! Felt!

Feeling Felt!

Without meaning to sound rude, but I'm really getting into felt!

Having recently started creating mixed media ACEO's on card, one of my ACEO buddies suggested I try creating them on felt and I am so glad I did! It is such fun and a much easier medium to work with, more forgiving than card, where once you have popped the needle through, you can't change your mind about the placement, as a permanent hole will be visible, leaving you little option in how your creation will develop, with felt there is more room for manoeuvre.

Feeling Felt Gallery!

So I checked out some of my Folksy Friend's felt creations, and I could have tripled the size of this gallery, there were so many wonderful items to choose from, but decided on a few items to showcase the versatility of creating with felt.

To take a closer look at the gallery, please click on the pictures to be whisked the the folksy shop in question for full descriptions and further pictures.

Personal Felt Creations.

I have some of my felt creations to show you, all of which will form part of my Charity fund raising efforts for the Red Cross Japan Disaster Appeal fund.

100% of the proceeds will be going to the Appeal.

I hope you have enjoyed feeling felt with me!
